Here is a great addition to your spring wardrobe, because spring is coming! I love playing with colors, shapes and textures in my knitting. The Divergent Necklace is the result of this. Short rows are used to add stockinette wedges into the garter stitch necklace base. Even if you have never used short rows before, you can make this piece by first watching the free Craftsy class I have linked to help you understand this technique.

It truly is a frabjous day, I have finally finished the octagon blanket!

I first told you about this crazy guy over a year ago. When I started him, there were so many other things I was working on, that he kind of ended up on the back burner. Life took hold and he spent most of the last year yearning for my attention. If you remember,the hexagon blanket was for Vada, and the octagon is Kyla’s.
