Ginny’s Grannies CAL part 10 finishes up the blanket! You should have enough time to finish your creation and still give it as a holiday gift.

Of course, you can keep the afghan for yourself if you want. Next month I’ll share the blankets you’ve made along the way. I hope you’ve been taking pictures, and if not, get some now! Special Stitches

st2sc – stack 2 single crochet – Counts as a dc: Insert hook into indicated st or sp, yo, pull through (2 loops on hook), yo, pull through both loops (sc just made), insert hook in left vertical loop of sc just made, yo, pull through (2 loops on hook), yo, pull through both loops.

• Round counts are at the end of each row after the period, if the count has changed from the previous round. – {count here}

Rnd 1: With Color E, sl st in ch-2 corner sp, [(sc, ch 2, sc) in ch-2 corner sp, sc in each st to next ch-2 corner sp] 4 times, sl st to top of beginning sc. {311 sc on short sides, 367 sc on long sides}
Rnd 2: With Color F, repeat Rnd 1. {313 sc on short sides, 369 sc on long sides}
Rnd 3: With Color G, repeat Rnd 1. {315 sc on short sides, 371 sc on long sides}
Rnd 4: With Color E, sl st in ch-2 corner sp, (st2sc, ch 2, 3 dc) in same ch-2 corner sp, *[ch 1, skip 3 sc, 3 dc in next sc] across until 3 sts remain before ch-2 corner sp, ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in ch-2 corner sp; repeat from * 2 more times, [ch 1, skip 3 sc, 3 dc in next sc] across until 3 sts remain before ch-2 corner sp, ch 1, 2 dc in first ch-2 corner sp, sl st in top of beginning st2sc. {80 sets of 3 dc on short sides, 94 sets of 3 dc on long sides}
