Choose your two favorite colorways of Red Heart Pomp-a-Doodle yarn and one skein of Red Heart Soft to make it your own. If you want to make it longer for a teenager or adult, just grab 2 skeins of each of the Pomp-a-Doodle colorways. The Doodle-Stripe scarf will bring a smile everywhere it goes! Red Heart Soft, Worsted Weight, 100% Acrylic, 90 g / 163 yds
Turquoise 2515: Color A
Red Heart Pomp-a-Doodle, 100% Polyester, 100 g / 14 yds
Lilac Breeze 9538: Color B
Snowball 6311: Color C

Hook:
US-I/9, 5.5mm

Gauge:
14 sts x 6 rows = 4” [10 cm] in dc

Other supplies:
yarn needle

Stitches and Abbreviations:
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
st(s) – stitch(es)

Pattern:

Row 1: With Color A, ch 17, dc in 4th ch from hook (3 skipped chs count as first dc), dc in each ch across. – 15 dc
Row 2: Turn, ch 2 (does not count as a st here or throughout), working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in each of next 3 sts, hold Color B pom in back and dc in next st, working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in each of next 4 sts, hold Color C pom in back and dc in next st, working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in each of next 4 sts, hold Color B pom in back and dc in next st, working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in next st.
Row 2: Turn, ch 2 (does not count as a st here or throughout), working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in each of next 3 sts, hold Color C pom in back and dc in next st, working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in each of next 4 sts, hold Color B pom in back and dc in next st, working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in each of next 4 sts, hold Color C pom in back and dc in next st, working over strings from Colors B and C, dc in next st.
Repeat Rows 2 & 3 until there are not enough poms to make another Row.
Finish off and bind in ends.
