Quick Little Knit Bag – A sparkly, fun, and fabulous quickie for you!

| Bags & Containers, Knit, Red Heart Yarns, Size 4 Yarn, Yarnspirations

The Quick Little Knit Bag was created because I designed a Quick Little (crochet) Bag a few years ago and it is still super popular. I thought knitters deserved a fun and fabulous quick little bag as well. I played around with the yarn for a while and came up with a stitch pattern that made me happy. Unlike the original, this bag is finished off with a button and some tassels. Happy knitting!

I’ve also designed a Quick Little Tunisian Bag to be part of this set.

The Quick Little Tunisian Bag was created because I designed a Quick Little (crochet) Bag a few years ago and it is still super popular. I thought Tunisian crocheters deserved a fun and fabulous quick little bag as well. The way the colors work in this design makes me happy. Unlike the original, this bag is finished off with a button and some tassels. Happy stitching!

A modern knit ruff pattern for a modern knitter – Rainbow Ruffle Cowl

| Cowls, Knit, Red Heart Yarns, Size 4 Yarn, Yarnspirations

This post may contain affiliate links. If you purchase something from one of these links I will be compensated. Thank you.

Want a modern knit ruff? Well, the Rainbow Ruff Cowl is my fun little mix of a Elizabethan ruff and my knit Jacob’s ladder patterns. Plus it’s rainbow, so it’s even better! This pattern starts with a long garter stitch rectangle that’s seamed together. Next stitches are dropped and looped in bunches to gather the cowl.

At the end of this pattern is a chance to win a giveaway of the yarn needed for this pattern. Giveaway ends January 1st, 2020.

Crochet Halloween Basket – Not your average crochet basket.

Crochet Halloween Baskets and bags and pumpkins abound right now, however this one is not like the rest. This basket uses a wood or aluminum base and also has stuffed sides to give it a fun, full shape. You could add a strap so you can use it for Trick or Treating as well. When you finish the evening, just tuck the strap in and you have your basket to keep your treats in!

The Halloween Basket is part of the CAL Central 2019 Halloween CAL.

The Candy Cardi is so easy to make and can be made to nearly any size. In this pattern I explain how to make it to the size you need. The Candy Cardi is a super simple cardigan from two hexagons with no added frills. This cardigan is warm and cozy and great for a comfy day at home in the winter, or for going out and about. There are plenty of colorways of Premier Candy Shop yarn so you can make the Candy Cardi to fit your own color tastes or those of the special person you want to make one for!
