Melody’s Mini CAL/KAL week 1

Hello my yarnie friends. I have some fun for you this month! I have a lot on my plate right now, but I wanted to have a Crochet Along and Knit Along. So, I had a chat with my friend Melody of Melody’s Makings who designs wonderful patterns in both knit and crochet.

Textured Bath Mat CAL Supply List/Intro

This Textured Bath Mat is super colorful and fun for your feet. I love the way textured bath mats feel on my feet! This one combines 2 sizes of popcorn stitches and Jacob’s Ladder stitch along with a rainbow of colors. The Red Heart Creme de la Creme 100% cotton yarn is the perfect yarn for this joyful creation.

It’s time for a new Crochet Along (CAL)!

Our CAL will run for 6 weeks, counting this week ~ this is your prep week. Every Monday the week’s post will be released, with all the info you need for that week. I would love to add one more post after the final CAL post to show off your creations. So make sure to take pictures as you go, and share them in the Jessie At Home CAL / KAL facebook group. That is where I will go to find photos to share.

Meshing Around – Twisted and Twirled MCAL #5

The fifth necklace in the Twisted and Twirled Crochet necklace series is made using a mesh style stitch. It has 4 full twists in it. This lovely necklace can be worked up in no time with less than 40 yards of lace weight yarn.
