This week we will be making rows 25~36, which make up the 5th and 6th color stripes. Next week we get to loop up the Jacob’s ladders and start the border!
Switch to Cornflower Blue
Rows 25, 27, 29: Turn, ch 3, dc in each of next 8 sts, * ch 7, dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 7, dc in each of next 9 sts, repeat from * 7 more times.
Rows 26, 28, 30: Turn, ch 3, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in next st, pc in next st, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in each of next 2 sts, * ch 7, dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 7, dc in each of next 2 sts, smpc in next st, dc in next st, pc in next st, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in each of next 2 sts, repeat from * 7 more times.
Switch to Wood Violet
Rows 31, 33, 35: Turn, ch 3, dc in each of next 8 sts, * ch 7, dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 7, dc in each of next 9 sts, repeat from * 7 more times.
Rows 32, 34: Turn, ch 3, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in next st, pc in next st, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in each of next 2 sts, * ch 7, dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 7, dc in each of next 2 sts, smpc in next st, dc in next st, pc in next st, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in each of next 2 sts, repeat from * 7 more times.
Row 36: Turn, ch 3, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in next st, pc in next st, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in each of next 2 sts, * ch 1, dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 1, dc in each of next 2 sts, smpc in next st, dc in next st, pc in next st, dc in next st, smpc in next st, dc in each of next 2 sts, repeat from * 7 more times.
