Emma is a playful skater skirt inspired by a UK reality star, and the lovely ice skating ladies of the 2014 Olympics. This pattern features my unique less~bulky crochet waistband, photos to help you along, and a few videos for extra explanation. Emma also features a decorative border which can be made in another color for a bit of variety! The fun raised stripes down the skirt are made with front post treble crochet stitches, and make the increases very easy.
