  1. You mention the dragon wing cowl is a free pattern but for the life of me, I cannot get to this pattern. Please advise. Ive done everything possible. finally got a message to go to the download button which was supposed to take me where I would do something else and I get nothing. Why is it so difficult to download these FREE patterns?
