I’ve had a lot of fun with my Cricut over the last two months! I see lots more Cricut-ie fun happening on the blog in the future. Today I thought I’d share a few of the goodies I’ve made with my Cricut.

Weeding-Flower-DoilyPin

A few days after I received the Cricut, I couldn’t resist trying one of the doily designs. There sure were lots of little pieces to remove!!

DoilyPin

Isn’t it pretty? It’s pinned to my cork board, just looking pretty and making me happy.

Ready-to-make-a-cardPin

We went to a wedding a few weeks ago and needed a card, so that seemed like a good excuse to do a “Make it Now” project.

Ready-to-assemblePin

I love that the Cricut draws as well as cuts. It’s so cool!

Ready-to-givePin

It even made the envelope!!!

Print-then-cutPin

One day when Kyla still had her cast she was feeling a bit down about what she could and couldn’t do. So we decided to make a special project with the print-then-cut feature. These little animals were printed on card stock from the Cricut Design Space using my home printer. It was so easy, I just loaded the cardstock in my printer (don’t worry, most home printers have no problem with cardstock) and Cricut sent the print job to it! Once it was printed I just placed the cardstock on my cutting mat, followed the prompts from the Cricut Design Space, and then the Cricut cut them out!!

Kylas-Forest-AnimalsPin

Kyla glued them all together and assembled her little forest menagerie. Aren’t they adorable? So of all the nifty things the Cricut can do, bringing a smile to Kyla’s face is my favorite!
