Did you know that March is National Crochet Month?

It is! I have some fun things lined up for you.

I have set a goal of giving you at least 8 free patterns on this blog this month, and 2 Stitchopedia entries. PLUS, I want to give away some of my sale patterns. I have chosen several dates and times throughout the month to give away a pattern. Whoever posts a comment on my blog, replies to or retweets a tweet of mine, or posts or comments on my Facebook page closest to the dates and times I have already chosen will win a pattern of their choice from my Ravelry store. So make sure you are active and paying attention. All prizes must be claimed by April 15th or they are forfeit. ALSO, for the entire month of March, use code “Crochet” to get 15% off your entire purchase in my Ravelry store.

Here is a peek at some of what you will be seeing this month:

And, because I still love to knit as well, there will be at least one free knit pattern this month! I finished Emily’s Super Slouchy Hat, I just need a few photos of her wearing it, and I need to get it written a way that makes since to someone who isn’t me.

So, lots of fun  to be had this month.

Now would you like your cute kid fix? We had a fun weekend here! The girls put on several plays from Mo Willems books. Here is the end of one of them:

The do love to read the books to each other as well. Look how adorable they are!

OK, one more before I go and finish up the first free pattern I have for you this month. This is the T~Rex dance the girls made up!

Have a great week, and get crocheting!!!

      • You have no idea how hard it was to choose! You have several gorgeous patterns. I messaged you on Ravelry. I appreciate it so much, and I’m very excited to try it out….it’s the shawl made of starbella yarn, and I’ve never done that before. It’ll be a new thing to try 🙂 Thank you very much!
