As I have been organizing my blog and my patterns, it has come to my attention that I have missed sharing a few patterns with you. What a sad thought! I love to share. So here they are!
Knit
What a week!
Last week was quite long and short, all at once. Do you know what I mean?
Before I get into it, I should share that I finally released my Fanny skirt pattern. I am having a give away for any one of my patterns (winners get to choose which one they want) over on my facebook page.
Softie and Toy Links for Project 19
Here is the list I promised for Project 19 to all my Craft Hope peeps! Links to various free patterns for softies. If you have more links you think should be added, just let me know. I hope this helps inspire you all to create some love for child victims of Sandy. I have done my best to only include free patterns, in the spirit of Craft Hope, however, if you know of a paid pattern or a coupon code that others may be interested in, go ahead and share that info with each other on the Craft Hope Facebook page.
I did it again
Once again I have teamed up with the amazing Craft Hope! The new web page is still under construction, but the Facebook page is running smoothly. So hop on over to the Craft Hope Facebook page and give them a “like.” Then check out Project 19 :: Dolls, Animals, and Monsters. Oh My! Share it with anyone you know who may be able to make handmade softies for kids who lost so much from Sandy. There are two people collecting for this project, the lovely Katrina up in NH, and yours truly.
I am working on a tutorial for you all for
Paula Poncho Knit Test!
Remember my accidental poncho? Well, I named her Paula and her pattern is ready to be tested.
Find all the info on testing this pattern in my Ravelry group here. ETA – Testing is done.
Due to the discovery of
Pieces of my day
I took a quick break from my projects to whip this cutie up on Monday. It’s from this great pattern I found on Ravelry. The bit of purple there is for lining the hood. I still have to stitch that little bugger in there tonight. I’ll get some better snaps of it tomorrow when it is all done.
Still plugging away on the first of the kinda’ matching Christmas gifts I am making for the girls. I hope to have a little reveal for you by the end of the week. We will see…
Not quite what I wanted, but it will work
I started writing a wrap pattern at the beginning of October. It was beautiful in my head. Somewhere in the initial planning/math stages, something went awry. I think I tried to do too much. The pretty little picture was much more simple then what happened as I started writing.
So, in the end, I had something much more
New patterns!!!
Finally! New pattern day is here. Here is a bit about each pattern with a “buy now” link for those of you who can’t wait to get started. I will let you know the full price, but if you buy any of the patterns from the links here you will get a 15% discount through Wednesday, April 11th at 6pm Eastern time. After that the links will charge you full price. These links, and going directly to my Ravelry store, will give you immediate access to the pattern PDF to download. You may also go to my Etsy store, where everything is listed at full price, but you can type in the coupon code “bloom” to receive 15% off your entire purchase, not just the new patterns. Just be aware when you buy a pattern from Etsy, you will have to wait until I receive the notification email of your order at which time I will send you an email with the pattern PDF as an attachment.
ETA: The sale is over at this point, though there are others on occasion These patterns can also be found in my Craftsy Store.
So without further ado; here are the new patterns!
Swirl Heart Chart
I thought I would share the chart for my Swirl Heart design with all of you!
