Special Stitches:
Double crochet 4 together (dc4tog): Yo, insert hook into st, yo, pull through the st only (3 loops on hook), yo, pull through 2 loops (2 loops on hook), *yo, insert hook into next st, yo, pull through the st only, yo, pull through 2 loops; repeat from * 2 more times (5 loops on hook) yo, pull through all 5 loops.
Double crochet 5 together (dc5tog): Yo, insert hook into st, yo, pull through the st only (3 loops on hook), yo, pull through 2 loops (2 loops on hook), *yo, insert hook into next st, yo, pull through the st only, yo, pull through 2 loops; repeat from * 3 more times (6 loops on hook) yo, pull through all 6 loops.

Rnd 25: Join Color C in any ch-2 corner sp, ch 1, *(sc, ch 2, sc) in ch-2 sp, sc in next st, [skip 3 sts, 7 dc in next st (wheel top made), skip 3 sts, sc in each of next 3 sts] until 7 sts remain before next corner ch-sp, skip 3 sts, 7 dc in next st, skip 2 sts, sc in last st; repeat from * 3 more times, sl st in first sc. – {13 wheel tops on each side}
Fasten off Color C.
Rnd 26: Join Color E in any ch-2 corner sp, ch 5, dc in ch-2 sp, *dc5tog in ch-2 sp and first 4 sts (half wheel bottom made), ch 3, [sc in each of next 3 sts, ch 3, dc7tog (wheel bottom made), ch 3] across until 7 sts remain before next corner ch-sp, sc in each of next 3 sts, ch 3, dc5tog in last 4 sts and ch-2 sp, (dc, ch 2, dc) in ch-2 sp; repeat from * 2 more times, dc5tog in ch-2 sp and first 4 sts, ch 3, [sc in each of next 3 sts, ch 3, dc7tog, ch 3] across until 7 sts remain, sc in each of next 3 sts, ch 3, dc5tog in last 4 sts and ch-2 sp, sl st to 3rd ch in beginning ch-5. – {(12 wheel bottoms, 2 half wheel bottoms on each side}
