This morning I have a great knitting tool to share with you: The Knit Kit. It includes many of the basic knit and crochet tools you need all in one convenient little case; and it’s TSA compliant as well!

The Knit Kit product review from Jessie At HomePin

The product reviewed in this post was provided by The Knit Kit. All opinions are my own.

The Knit Kit is about 5″ tall by 4″ wide, and less than 1″ thick, so it’s a great size to toss in your project bag. It’s big enough to not get lost, yet small enough to be convenient. It comes in 4 great colors to suit your style.

The Knit Kit includes a Row Counter, Crochet Hook, Retractible 5 ft. tape measure in both inches and centimeters, Thread Cutter, TSA Complaint Slip-N-Snipâ„¢ collapsible scissors, Round Stitch Markers – 4x 10mm and 4x 6mm, Locking Stitch Markers 2x, Point Protectors, Darning Needle, and a Needle Gauge on the back compartment flap.  All together in a very durable, compact, easy to locate device.

The Knit Kit was purchased in 2017 by a mother and her two daughters. It is family owned and made in the USA.

I am really getting a lot of use out of my Knit Kit. I love that it keeps my tools and notions together so I don’t have to search for them. I know exactly where to look for each one. The fact that’s it’s TSA compliant is awesome for me. I fly about 4 times a year, and I always take a project on the plane with me. The Knit Kit is going to become a staple in my flying project bag.

I haven’t had my Knit Kit for a long time yet, but it feels really durable to me. I have confidence that it will last a long time!

As of now, the best way to buy a Knit Kit is straight from the website, HERE. The company is still growing and will eventually have a “where to buy” list HERE. Once you buy one and see how awesome it is, bring it in to your LYS and show it off, then let them know they can go to the website and sign up to be a Stockist of the Knit Kit!
