Purple is such a pretty color. It can be royal or demure, deep or soft. It always reminds me of beautiful flowers. It’s also the Pantone color of the year. Tonight I’m celebrating purple with 7 free crochet patterns that have been designed in purple.

Purple free crochet pattern round up from Jessie At HomePin

Here are the names and links of each pattern.

1) Lavender Blooms Shawl by Jessie At Home
“This triangular shawl gets its name from the bloom shaped cluster of stitches used in the pattern, and from the color of the yarn I used.”

2) “Knit-Look” Chunky Headwarmer by a Crocheted Simplicity
“I had been trying to come up with an idea for super quick gifts this year and then one day inspiration struck for this “Knit-Look” Chunky Headwarmer! It’s PERFECT for teacher gifts and gifts for family….even picky teenagers!”

3) Honeycomb Cabled Fingerless Gloves by The Unraveled Mitten
“These gloves are worked from the bottom up, starting with a ribbed band. The body section is crocheted in the round and features the lovely honeycomb cable stitch along with some increases/decreases to give you a good fit.”

4) Lavender Blue Baby Bonnet by Kirsten Halloway Designs
“This sweet 0-3 month baby bonnet is a true heirloom piece. It’s filled with textures that compliment, and contrast for a one of a kind accessory.”

5) Ribbed Cabled Textured Beanie by Nicki’s Homemade Crafts
“This beanie is a free crochet pattern and is called the Ribbed Cable Textured Beanie. It features the beautiful cable stitch and a special technique to make the perfect ribbed brim.”

6) Starry Night Baby Blanket by Kim Guzman
This sweet little baby blanket will wrap your little one in love!

7) 2 by 2 Cowl Pattern by Mamas 2 Hands
“I wanted to start the summer off with a fun pattern for everyone that doesn’t take a lot of yarn and is relatively small to have in your hands or lap when the temperatures start to rise.”

Don’t forget to check out some of the other great Round Ups that have happened in Blogland recently!
