Stripes and Steps is a long, thin wraplet that uses short rows to make it slightly curved with wedged stripes. It is made in garter stitch, so there are no purl stitches. The colors are carried across the top and then a thin border is added to the top. Made with Chic Sheep yarn, it is soft and squishy!
The yarn used in this pattern sample was provided by Red Heart Yarns.

what does ‘wrap’ mean – in the 2 tone scarflet
If you’re asking about the wrap and turn, it’s part of the short rows and there is a video linked in the getting started section.
