In honor of the large number of my friends having babies right now, the next 4 weeks of Round Ups will be baby themed. I will do my best to make each one a mix of knit and crochet, free and paid. This first round up will be baby blankets and booties!
Here are the names and links of each pattern, along with a little something that each designer has to say about them.
1) Bunny Lovey ~ Free Crochet Pattern by The Stitchin’ Mommy
Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been working on a few new items for my shop and also trying to de-stash some of my yarn. I’ve been able to donate a ton of yarn that I felt that I wouldn’t use to two charities that are really in need of yarn. I’ve been crocheting up a storm and I’ve been writing everything down but now I finally have a chance to post one of the projects I’ve been working on…this adorable bunny lovey.
2) DC Blankies ~ Free Crochet Pattern from mainlycrochet.com
This is one of the free patterns offered from mainlycrochet.com, but there are quite a few wonderful baby patterns (and many other types of patterns as well) with a subscription to mainlycrochet.com, including several of mine which will be added to the site in the not to distant future.
Here are pictures of some of the baby patterns included in the subscription.
3) cozy tosies ~ Knit Pattern by Heidi Yates
Simple, easy to read knit pattern with lots of pictures. Can be made with novelty or regular yarns to fit newborns. These are always the hit of baby showers! People just love them on teeny feet.
4) Honey Sweet Baby Blanket ~ Free Tunisian Crochet pattern by Kim Guzman
5) Sock Monkey Baby Booties ~ Free Crochet Pattern by Cre8tion Crochet
These adorable sock monkey baby booties are quick and easy to create. They would make an adorable gift for a new baby.
6) X-tra Sport Baby Blanket ~ Free Crochet Pattern by CrochetNCrafts

7) Rainbow Dash Baby Blanket ~ Free Crochet Pattern by Beatrice Ryan Designs
This Free Crochet Pattern is an adorable baby blanket that is bright and cheery…It can be made using one or more colors to get the effect you desire. Great texture front and back too!
8) Owlet Lovey ~ Free Crochet Pattern by JessieAtHome
I’ve always found lovies rather adorable. The mix of blankie and stuffie is just too cute for words. So, without further ado, here is my little tutorial for a crocheted owlet lovey.
9) Loopy Love Blanket ~ Free Crochet Pattern by Tamara Kelly (Moogly)
The Loopy Love Blanket is so fun to make! The pattern is easy to memorize, the stitches just fly by, and the end result looks way more complicated than it should. And in 3 colors, you can change colors every row and never have to cut the yarn!
Loopy Love Newborn Baby Booties ~ Free Crochet Pattern by Tamara Kelly (Moogly)
After sharing the Loopy Love Blanket and matching Loopy Love Hats, I had a request for matching booties! And so, I took on the challenge of creating my very first baby booties pattern – the Loopy Love Newborn Baby Booties!
Don’t forget to check out some of the other great Round Ups that have happened in Blogland over the last week!
