My amazing girls

OK, I’m am nearly in *happy* tears. Almost 2 hours ago I made the girls ABCs & meatballs for dinner ~ I was feeling horrible. Grace and Charm

Yup, that’s me, grace and charm. This morning my friend and neighbor was over. Last month she was in a bad car accident (not her fault) and she broke her back. She has to spend 6 months in a back brace and will not be able to go back to work until after that time. So she has taken to decorating her kids rooms. I believe

I was 16 years old. Twenty years have past, but I will always remember that day.

I had a part time job at Hancock fabrics in Westerville, OH. Christmas was soon to be upon us, yet it was a rather slow day. There were only four of us in the store, all employees, including Kim, our manager. Other then the Christmas music piping through the store, it was very quite.

Pure Terror

I know this is a bit more then I usually share with you, and I don’t even know if I will publish this post.

Pure. Terror.

That is what I feel right now. I feel it about Doug’s job. I feel it about our finances. I feel it about our house. I feel it about everything on my to do list. I feel it about my parenting skills. Most of all, I feel it about what may happen after the next election, and I have never felt this way about politics before.

Story Time at School

The girls and I went on a little adventure yesterday afternoon.

Doug was working on reading to children with his public speaking class. They wanted a practice audience before some of them got to go over to the elementary school to read to a whole class full of little ones.

28 years, or yesterday

I’ve been spending too much time on Etsy. It has me thinking a lot about Vada ~ my grandmother, not my daughter. I saw a pair of earrings that she could have made tonight.
