That’s right! I am finally student loan free! You see, it was my goal to be able to pay off one of our student loans with our tax return. One of the hardest things about selling designs is having to sit on things. Any design that I may want to sell to a yarn company, magazine, or some other website/company/what~have~you, I have to keep quite. On Sunday the girls and I decided it was time for a spool knitting tea party. They had received spool knitting kits from my parents (who are now stationed in Sicily) for Christmas, and with the plague we had going around, I hadn’t had a chance to teach them yet.

The Holiday Gift Shop at the girls’ school was at the beginning of the month. It went quite well. Vada had fun playing in my booth while waiting for things to wrap up at the end of the day.
