Origami Book Base

Origami has been one of my hobbies since I was 8 years old. Almost all origami pieces start with one of the origami bases: a folded form that starts a piece. This is one such base. You can find a list of all the bases I have tutorials for here: https://jessieathome.com/origami-bases/

Start the Origami Book Base with your square paper with flat sides on top and bottom.

Super Bowl Sunday and other such fun!

We’ve had a fun-filled couple of weeks here At Home. Last Saturday (the day before the Super Bowl), we had a relaxing day at home. That’s always nice.

Just Chillin'

Then on Sunday we went to a friend’s house for a Super Bowl party. Our friend Chris was there. Kyla adores him and calls him “Dude”. They are adorable together. He’s also a brand new daddy, hence the big mug of coffee.
